Lifestyle Family Fitness recently announced it will open a new $3 million facility at 140
Crane's Roost Blvd. in Altamonte Springs in the Altamonte Town Center shopping plaza.
The preview center on East Altamonte Drive is currently open for workouts and features
strength and cardio equipment and personal training.
Amenities in the new 30,000 square foot club will include the latest strength and cardio
equipment, a group fitness room, a separate group cycling room, Cardio Theater
Entertainment and Lifestyle TV music video programming, tanning booths and Kid’s
Club. Additionally, cutting edge group fitness programs will include BODYPUMP®,
BODYJAM®, BODYFLOW®, BODYCOMBAT® and RPM®. The club is scheduled
to open in October 2006.
