    Boot Camp

    BOOTCAMP is a 6-week team training experience that combines strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness training in one intense program. The program is designed so that members of all fitness levels can participate. Those who take the challenge should be prepared for a tough and intense results oriented experience.

    Inspired by the military, the program will challenge and encourage you to make a change. The unique nature of the program – being a part of a team of like-minded trainees – creates an atmosphere of camaraderie, support and inspiration. The team becomes the support network, with team members supporting and motivating one another to work harder.


    Boot Camp consists of:

    - Twelve, 60-minute group sessions
    - Nutritional information and coaching
    - Regular fitness assessments to track results

    Lifestyle Family Fitness introduces Fit Track, an 8-week program designed to help you learn how to successfully manage your weight and improve your lifestyle over the long haul. Our program doesn’t teach you how to diet. Instead, we are committed to helping you learn how to manage your weight, improve your energy level and live a healthier life. This program is specifically for those that want on-going accountability, direction, feedback and support from the group and from our qualified instructors as they move towards creating positive, lasting nutritional habits.


    Fit Track consists of:

    - Sixteen, 45-minute group sessions
    - A personalized 8-week food plan
    - Weekly weigh-ins

    Reformer Pilates

    A 6-week small group cardio training program (cycling, running, walking, or rowing) designed to help you get heart fit and maximize your cardio training potential. During this program, we will use our innovative Suunto Heart Rate training equipment to create an individualized training program for your optimum health, emotional fitness and performance.

    The Oxygen Zone program gives each individual the opportunity to be coached by a qualified, trained coach who knows the training methodology and cares about their success. The coach takes into consideration your fitness level, goals and lifestyle so that programs can be integrated into your busy life. Bottom line, Oxygen Zone will help you to train smarter—more efficiently and more effectively—by training with the heart.
