World-Class Group Fitness Instructors

Our instructors are the best of the best. They are nationally certified and complete a rigorous training program to fully prepare them to coach and motivate. They also complete extensive continuing education through The Lifestyle University with evaluations every quarter to ensure they’re current and skilled in their discipline. They’re diligent and passionate about giving you a world-class, life changing experience every time you enter their class.

More Than 30 Classes to Choose From

Our group fitness programs offer a variety of classes for men and women of all ages and at all fitness levels, from intense boot camps and kickboxing to yoga and dance. Our programming is spearheaded by eight intense classes created by Les Mills International, the world leader in innovative and effective group fitness solutions. These programs are researched and developed by an experienced team of doctors, trainers and physiologists so that moves are simple, safe and effective in getting the results that they promise. In addition, we offer numerous specialty programs that cater to your specific needs. You’ll find classes for core strength, flexibility, balance, muscular strength and much more. All programming is refreshed and enhanced every few months to keep you challenged and the fun going.

Cardio - These classes are all about the heart: building cardiovascular endurance and burning fat. In these classes you’ll use the large muscle groups in your body for a continuous period of time. This forces the heart to beat faster to get oxygen to the muscles, resulting in a healthy heart, and making it more resistant to stress, heart attack and other health problems.

Strength & Toning - If you’re interested in building muscles and toning your body, these classes will help you achieve strong, toned, well-defined muscles that look great, feel great, and get peoples' attention! You’ll also burn fat and build lean body mass more easily.

Cycling - Cycling classes are a high-energy cardio option, held in a special cycling room with non-impact stationary bikes. The classes mimic an outdoor ride without the need for your own bicycle, or the need to fight the elements! Cycling is a high-energy, high calorie-burning program. Dance - Rediscover your youthful spirit and enjoy exercise like never before.

Dance - Our dance class brings you back to what you know and love and makes the process of getting fit fun. It’s also one of the best ways to burn calories. If you want to let loose, burn fat, tone muscles and make some friends in the process, these classes are for you.

Kickboxing - Kick calories, burn fat and feel the power of kickboxing. This high-energy, all-over body workout is for participants of all fitness levels. From jabs and crosses to side and front kicks, these classes allow you to let it all go.

Active Aging - These classes are designed to relieve stress in your life and leave you feeling centered and calm. They’ll improve your balance and flexibility, which are critically important to your health especially as you get older and your body naturally begins to stiffen. Other benefits include improved posture, decreased risk of injury and increased core strength.

Aquatic - No matter what your fitness level, aqua classes strengthen the heart and body through a safe, fun and low-impact workout. If you’re rehabilitating from an injury or accident or just want a pace change from your regular workout, come join the fun.

Mind & Body - Stay active and grow in mind, body and spirit. These fun, low-impact classes are the perfect way to stay in shape and socialize with fellow members. They’re also a great option if you’re rehabilitating from an injury or accident.

Team Training - Team Training programs give you the best of both worlds: the individualized attention of personal training and the camaraderie of a team atmosphere. Enjoy the benefits of working with our phenomenal personal trainers and instructors, who give important nutritional advice and regular fitness evaluations to ensure accurate tracking of results. Kid’s team training programs teach them healthy habits that will serve them throughout their lives.
