Cardio
 

Get ready to experience an amazing two-hour workout. Consisting of a localmix of the following formats: BODYCOMBAT®, BODYPUMP®, BODYSTEP®, BODYFLOW®, BODYATTACK®, BODYJAM® and RPM®. Burn 1000 calories or more!
 
A high-energy, calorie-consuming athletic workout that will push you past the limit with strong, simple moves and pumping music. This is the most intense workout you’ll find in the world of fitness.

Strength & Toning

This 15- to 45-minute class focuses on firming and defining the abdominal, core muscles and lower back. A great addition to any workout designed to develop high levels of core strength, flexibility and balance.

This intense total body workout is designed to improve muscular strength and endurance utilizing free weights and exercise tubes. An excellent compliment to any cardio workout.

Experience the benefits of an hour packed with cardio and strength training. Class targets cardio conditioning drills followed up with muscle toning and strengthening circuits.

Cardio format varies depending on instructor. A rapid fat-burning class that uses barbells to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscles! After an exhaustive study, BODYPUMP® was verified by The University of Auckland as providing the fastest body fat loss of any fitness class.

A tough circuit of drills ranging from jumping jacks, squats, push-ups and mountain climbers: exercises that challenge both the cardiovascular system and the larger muscles of the body with efficient compound movements. Improves muscular strength utilizing both free weights and tubing. No choreography, just a great workout.

Cycling

A unique, high-energy cycling workout that utilizes non-impact indoor stationary bikes, guided imagery, creative lighting and carefully selected music to inspire you through a workout like no other.

This class is for intermediate to advanced riders!

Take the ultimate ride! RPM® incorporates cycling, choreography and motivational coaching techniques to give you a completely safe, aerobic, adrenaline ride. Get in the zone and find out why RPM® is totally addictive.

A shortened 30-minute version of our RPM® class incorporating cycling, choreography and motivational coaching techniques.

Dance

Some of the world’s top dance choreographers update BODYJAM® every three months to guarantee a funky blend of cardiovascular fitness and urban culture. A great way to get the maximum fun out of your workout, as you move into shape to the sounds of modern dance music.

A fun and exciting blend of Hip Hop, Disco, Jazz, and Modern Dance designed for people of all fitness levels.

Kickboxing

A great cardiovascular workout that’s all out fun combining moves and stances developed from a range of self-defense disciplines such as karate, boxing, Tai Chi and kickboxing. It is a fiercely energetic experience taught in a safe and simplistic manner. Designed to fight fat and kick calories.

Blast your way into shape with this high intensity workout integrating various punches, strikes, blocks and kicks! A great calorie burner and stress reliever! Gives you an awesome full body workout.

An interval workout that combines shadowboxing, kickboxing, sports drills, yoga and simple dance moves in a party atmosphere. colspan="2">

Active Aging

A 60-minute low-impact total body workout. Designed for active adults incorporating aerobic, strength, balance and flexibility training. Sponsored by AARP® MedicareComplete®, provided through SecureHorizons®.

Increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.

Designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

SilverSplash offers lots of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.

Move your whole body through a series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. colspan="2">

An aqua exercise class designed to invigorate and improve cardiovascular conditioning, total body strength and endurance using the buoyancy and resistance of the water to give you a safe and fun workout. Options for all levels.

Mind & Body

A class that reinforces flexibility and strength, combining the best of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. BODYFLOW® brings mind and body into perfect harmony. Try this revolutionary, holistic approach to fitness.

The Pilates method is a system designed to lengthen muscles as it strengthens them, with an emphasis on muscular movement initiation. While improving posture, coordination, strength, flexibility, and balance, it is an effective way to rehabilitate injuries and lessen chronic pain. This class is designed with options for all levels.

An ancient form of exercise combining breathing with static and dynamic postures to help improve strength, flexibility, balance and tranquility. A great stress reliever set in a relaxing, soothing class atmosphere. This class is designed with options for all levels.

Team Training

Seeks to ward off the child obesity crisis with a fun, effective exercise program for children ages 3 – 5. The class encourages healthy habits at a young age and provides a fun and friendly atmosphere for children to get exercise and socialize. td>Fee-based class.

Seeks to fight the child obesity crisis with a fun, effective exercise program for children ages 6 – 10. The class encourages kids to start and maintain a lifetime of exercise adherence and provides them with information to incorporate healthy living habits throughout their lives. d>

Lifestyle Boot Camp is a 10-week team training experience that combines strength endurance training and cardiovascular fitness training in one intense fitness program. From plyometrics to sport drills, Boot Camp challenges people of all levels of fitness and athletic capabilities to progress to previously unobtainable fitness levels. Non-members are able to participate at a slightly higher fee.

This is an extraordinarily flexible piece of exercise equipment allowing resistance and support for exercises involving every part of the body. Using this equipment, our instructors work with you to develop core and extremity strength, stability, flexibility, coordination and balance, for a stimulating workout no matter what your level of ability. group lessons are available at select locations.
